Method(s) I am planning on trying - will continuously be updated
- Mindful Walking (on land and in the water)
- mindful Eating - savoring my meal
- mindful Yoga
- Meditation before going to sleep
- Deep Breathing
- Journaling (daily, things I am grateful for)
- Continue reading daily Awakening and writing down as well practicing the daily tip
- Mindful Observation (I am hoping for 50 degrees in mid February again and I am so excited to sit outside and just smell spring, listen to the awakening of spring, see the spring blossom in front of me)
- Stillness - a difficult for me, since I am always on the move (think "Zappelphilip" -"Fidgety Philip", written 1845, today called AD/HD)
- Adding mindfulness to my Daily Chores: like driving the car (and not being upset with these bad drivers but "just breath"), observing how it feels to wash the dishes after a long day, mindfulness listening (and not right away judging or giving advice, but just listen - in school and at home)
