In the morning:
Read Awakening and write the recommendation in my diary (booklet) as well as in my blog for now and follow the recommendation. - 15 minutes and throughout the dayDuring the day:
Mindful breathing, 5 minutes.Mindful walking, 10 minutes. If I go to the pool 15 minutes.
Mindful listening.
In the afternoon:
Mindful washing the dishes, 10 minutesMindful listening to my husband's day, 10 minutes (or as much time as he needs).
Stillness - in body and mind: I will try to be still for 30 seconds up to 5 minutes at the end of the week.
At night:

Tuesday:
I will finally try this class at our local YWCA Gettysburg, called meditative yoga which focuses on breathing and being present and aware of your mind and body while moving through Yoga poses.
