Week 2 Refelction
Wednesday, 22:
I stayed home in bed, which gave me time to practice the body scan again.
It just seems like the body scan is not for me.
I do enjoy my morning and night meditation.
In the afternoon I was able to go outside and do my mindful walk in the woods. So peaceful, so calming.
Tuesday, February 21:
Today was my second day that I started out with a morning meditation and I have to say I feel so much more energized. I like the idea of envisioning my "perfect" day and then hopefully live this perfect day.
In my weekly goal I forgot to include my "good night meditation" which I have done now for quiet a while.
I have to say I like the idea of starting and ending my day in the same way, with mediation. One to waken me up and prepare me for the day, the other to summarize my day and get me to sleep.
I am following the same concept with my journaling.
In the morning I read and journal what I read and at night I summarize my day and what I am grateful for.
