Mindfulnes experience

I actually started before Christmas a class at our local ywca Gettysburg, called mindfulness yoga.

It is twice a week for 90mimutes. So far I went at least once a week. But since I am not agil as well as I am suffering a knee injury I am getting often very frustrated during the yoga poses. But the yoga nidra at the end always helps me to focus and stay in the moment,being mindful.

I am also started a gratitude diary

As you can see I am already trying to incorporate mindfulness in my daily life now I am really excited about ways how to incorporate that in my school day and even more in my classroom while teaching.
Another goal for me this week is to try and practice mindfulness 15 minutes each day at school.
